Ingredients

  • 9 garlic scapes cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup roasted cashews or walnuts
  • 1 cup fresh basil lightly packed
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
