- 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 12 T. unsalted butter
- melted
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- softened
- 1 c. confectioners’ sugar
- 4 c. whipping cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- divided
- 6 T. granulated sugar
- 1 (21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with 2 tsp. vanilla extract and granulated sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold this mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese filling over the cooled crust evenly.
- Spoon strawberry pie filling over half of the cream cheese filling and blueberry pie filling over the other half, creating a red, white, and blue effect.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
Notes
Chill the dessert longer for a firmer texture. Feel free to add fresh berries on top for added flavor and decoration.
