Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and season with black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the grated parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, dried oregano or thyme, paprika, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the cauliflower, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  6. Spread the coated cauliflower florets onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Lightly spray the top of the cauliflower with olive oil spray for extra crispiness.
