- Black pepper

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and season with black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the grated parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, dried oregano or thyme, paprika, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the cauliflower, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Spread the coated cauliflower florets onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the top of the cauliflower with olive oil spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with finely chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
