- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- 14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
- 6 metal or wooden skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the sirloin cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine grape tomatoes, olive oil, and chopped rosemary. Gently toss to coat.
- Parboil baby potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.
- Assemble the skewers by alternating marinated steak cubes, grape tomatoes, and baby potatoes.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat and grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, consider adding bell peppers or onions to the skewers. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
