Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound spicy pork sausage

  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a milder flavor, you can use regular pork sausage instead of spicy. These sausage balls can also be frozen before baking for later use.
