- 2 sweet peppers
- 1 small onion
- 8 ounces shredded cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, almond flour, cumin, salt, pepper, and powdered garlic until smooth.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced onion and sweet peppers, cooking until soft.
- In a baking dish, layer the chicken tenders and pour the salsa verde over them.
- Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the top, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with cilantro and your favorite toppings before serving.
