Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- Peach preserves
- Soy sauce
- Whiskey

- Brown sugar

- Dijon mustard
- Dried thyme
- Red pepper flakes

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine peach preserves, soy sauce, whiskey, olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard to create the marinade.
- Add dried thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the marinade and mix well.
- Place the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure the chicken is well coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional peach preserves if desired.
