Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, chives, and parsley until well combined.
- Layer the toasted English muffins in the greased baking dish, followed by the diced Canadian bacon and shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients, ensuring everything is soaked.
