Description

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package fudge brownie mix (such as Betty Crocker®)

½ cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

3 tablespoons water

6 graham crackers

1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows

8 (1.5 ounce) bars milk chocolate

coarsely chopped


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately top with crushed graham crackers, miniature marshmallows, and chopped milk chocolate.
  • Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted and the chocolate is melted.
  • Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting them into bite-sized squares.
