Description

These S’mores Cookie Cups are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, featuring a buttery cookie cup filled with gooey marshmallow fluff and topped with rich chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • softened
  • 1½ cups light brown sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 4 hershey chocolate bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into each muffin cup, pressing down to create a cup shape.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before adding a dollop of marshmallow fluff into the center of each cup.
  9. Break the Hershey chocolate bars into pieces and place on top of the marshmallow fluff, allowing them to melt slightly.
  10. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, torch the marshmallow fluff to get that campfire taste. Adjust the amount of marshmallow fluff based on personal preference.
