These S’mores Cookie Cups are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, featuring a buttery cookie cup filled with gooey marshmallow fluff and topped with rich chocolate.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter

- 1½ cups light brown sugar

- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- ¾–1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 4 hershey chocolate bars
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into each muffin cup, pressing down to create a cup shape.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before adding a dollop of marshmallow fluff into the center of each cup.
- Break the Hershey chocolate bars into pieces and place on top of the marshmallow fluff, allowing them to melt slightly.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, torch the marshmallow fluff to get that campfire taste. Adjust the amount of marshmallow fluff based on personal preference.
