  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  6. Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle any remaining cinnamon sugar.

  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and enjoy your warm monkey bread!

Notes

Ensure your sourdough starter is active if not using discard. This recipe is also great for using up extra starter.
