- 1/3 cup white sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, lemon juice, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside to let the juices meld.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and kosher salt.
- Add grated butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in boiling water until just combined, creating a batter.
- Pour the peach mixture into a greased baking dish and spoon the batter over the top.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon sugar topping ingredients and sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
