1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

1 cup all-purpose flour (125 g)
1 cup granulated sugar (200 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk (240 ml)
½ cup unsalted butter (115 g)
melted
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the blueberries, ¾ cup sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
- Pour the cobbler batter over the blueberry filling, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
