- 1/2 cup cultured buttermilk
- 2 cups diced peaches

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the dark brown sugar and unsalted butter until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In another bowl, mix the cake flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and ground cloves.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
- Fold in the diced peaches gently until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the coarse sparkling sugar on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
