- 2 oz (56g) softened cream cheese
- 2 tbsp (30ml) pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp (2g) pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp (1g) salt
- 6 oz (170g) white chocolate

- 1 tbsp (15ml) coconut oil

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, pure maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each pumpkin truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated before placing it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the coated truffles in the refrigerator until the chocolate has set, about 15 minutes.
