Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini to create zoodles and sprinkle with salt. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, coconut aminos, tahini or nut butter, sesame oil, chili powder, and optional chili oil. Mix well until smooth.
- Squeeze excess moisture from the zoodles and sauté in a pan over medium heat until just tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the zoodles with the sauce, adjusting sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
