- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir in cocoa powder until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, let the brownies cool completely. Melt white chocolate chips and use a piping bag to create a spider web design on top of the brownies.
Notes
For extra decoration, you can add candy spiders on top of the white chocolate web for a fun Halloween touch.
