- 3/4 cup (86 grams) Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (196 grams) refined coconut oil or butter

- 1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (170 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream or whipping cream or full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup (85 grams) white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil (or butter) with sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream (or coconut milk) until just simmering, then remove from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate, stirring until melted.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the cooled brownies.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the brownies in a spiderweb pattern.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut oil and full-fat canned coconut milk.
