1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

Stir in chopped spinach and artichokes until evenly incorporated.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the spinach artichoke mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
Slice into 1-inch swirls and place cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make sure spinach is well-drained to avoid soggy pastry.
These can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
Serve with ranch dressing, marinara sauce, or garlic aioli for dipping.
