  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, followed by the brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
