  • 2 bricks
  • 8 oz each
  • cream cheese
  • softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups
  • heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 10 strawberry wafer cookies
  • about 4 oz

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Mix in the cooled strawberry jello until fully incorporated.
  6. Crush the strawberry wafer cookies and sprinkle a layer in the bottom of a serving dish.
