- 3–4 medium fresh strawberries
- 0.75 ounces lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon honey (or agave syrup)
- 2 ounces orange juice
- club soda
- sparkling water
- or ginger beer (to taste)
- flaky salt (for rim)
Instructions
- Start by hulling the fresh strawberries and placing them in a blender.
- Add the lime juice, honey, and orange juice to the blender, then blend until smooth.
- Prepare your serving glasses by rimming them with flaky salt.
- Pour the blended mixture into each glass, filling them halfway.
- Top off each glass with club soda, sparkling water, or ginger beer to taste, and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a slice of lime or a strawberry, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a sweeter drink, adjust the honey or agave syrup to taste. You can also chill the ingredients beforehand for a colder mocktail.
