This Strawberry Matcha Latte combines the earthy flavor of matcha with the sweetness of strawberries for a refreshing drink. Perfect for a pick-me-up or a cozy afternoon treat.
Ingredients

1 teaspoon matcha powder
ceremonial grade
2 oz hot water
1 teaspoon liquid sweetener
e.g. agave nectar
5 oz milk
dairy or plant-based (preferably oat milk)
ice
2–3 medium strawberries
2 oz heavy cream
1 oz milk
1 teaspoon sweetener
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until smooth.
- Add the liquid sweetener to the matcha and mix well.
- In a separate blender, combine strawberries, heavy cream, milk, and sweetener. Blend until smooth to create the strawberry sweet cream.
- Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the milk of your choice, followed by the matcha mixture.
- Finally, top with the strawberry sweet cream and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream or a plant-based alternative.
