Description

This Strawberry Mousse is a light and airy dessert that combines the creaminess of cream cheese with the fresh flavors of strawberries. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream (240g)
  • 4 oz yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream (120g)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar or sugar free alternative (120g)
  • 5 medium strawberries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese or coconut cream until smooth.
  2. Add yogurt or additional cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the strawberry puree into the cream mixture.
  5. Spoon the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
