- 1 cup powdered sugar or sugar free alternative (120g)
- 5 medium strawberries

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese or coconut cream until smooth.
- Add yogurt or additional cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Mix well until fully combined.
- Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Gently fold the strawberry puree into the cream mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use coconut cream and a sugar-free alternative. Adjust sweetness to taste based on the strawberries.
