Ingredients
- Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined; press this mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and set aside the cheesecake mixture.
- In another bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring until smooth to create your red velvet batter.
- Pour half of the red velvet batter over the crust, followed by half of the cheesecake mixture; repeat the layers.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the center is set; let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Top with fresh strawberries, strawberry glaze, and whipped cream before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the cheesecake chill overnight. Feel free to adjust the sweetness with more or less sugar based on your preference.
