Ingredients

- 1/4 cup sugar of choice (pure maple syrup
- white sugar
- xylitol
- etc.)
- 2 tsp lemon juice or zest of 1 lemon
- optional pinch salt
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice (or zest), and a pinch of salt if desired.
- Blend until smooth, then taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Once partially frozen, stir with a fork to aerate and break up any ice crystals.
- Return to the freezer for another 2-3 hours until fully set. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a smoother texture, blend the sorbet again before serving. You can experiment with different sweeteners based on your preference.
