  • 1 tsp cacao nibs or dark chocolate shavings
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 slice of whole grain or rye bread
  • 1/2 ripe avocado (thinly sliced)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black sesame seeds
  • fresh parsley leaves for garnish
  • 1 slice crusty artisan bread
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut cocoa spread
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • edible flower petals or microgreens for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. For Blueberry Yogurt Granola Toast, toast the slice of bread until golden, then spread Greek yogurt and berry jam on top. Add fresh blueberries and granola, drizzling honey if desired.
  2. For Peanut Butter Banana Toast, toast the bread and spread peanut butter over it. Top with banana slices, sprinkle cacao nibs and optionally cinnamon.
  3. For Avocado Toast with Black Sesame, toast the bread and layer thinly sliced avocado. Sprinkle with sea salt and black sesame seeds, and garnish with parsley.
