- 2 (16-ounce) cans refried beans
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the drained chopped green chiles and taco seasoning to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Spread the creamy mixture over the layer of refried beans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
Notes
For a spicier version, swap out the green chiles for diced jalapenos. This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
