Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (16-ounce) cans refried beans
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Add the drained chopped green chiles and taco seasoning to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the layer of refried beans.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips!

Notes

For a spicier version, swap out the green chiles for diced jalapenos. This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
