This homemade balsamic vinaigrette is the BEST! Perfectly balanced with sweetness from honey and a hint of garlic, it will elevate your salads and dishes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper finely ground
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Whisk in balsamic vinegar until well mixed.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while continuing to whisk until the vinaigrette is emulsified.

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before use.
