This easy pulled chicken recipe makes the best crockpot BBQ chicken, perfect for sandwiches or sliders.

- 2 lbs chicken
- 1 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the chicken and place it in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- Serve on buns, in tacos, or on a bed of rice, as desired.
Notes
For less sweetness, reduce honey to 1/8 cup or omit it entirely. Serve with coleslaw for added crunch.
