- 1 box chocolate cake mix 15.25 oz I used Devil’s Food
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream room temperature
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups marshmallows I used large ones that I cut into 4 slices each
- 1 jar marshmallow creme or fluff 7 ounces
- 1/2– 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 4 whole graham crackers broken up
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, sour cream, water, all-purpose flour, and granulated sugar. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Grease the inside of your crockpot and pour half of the cake batter into it.
- Layer the marshmallows, marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips, and broken graham crackers over the batter in the crockpot.
- Pour the remaining cake batter over the top of the layered ingredients.
- Cover and cook on high for about 30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick. It should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Once done, let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious S’mores cake!
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate chips or add nuts for extra crunch. Ensure to check the cake as cooking times may vary based on the crockpot model.
