- 1 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- optional Orange Food Coloring
- optional Granulated Sugar
- small Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, canned pumpkin puree, unsalted butter, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well until fully incorporated.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Fold the melted white chocolate into the pumpkin mixture until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- If desired, add a few drops of orange food coloring to the remaining graham cracker crumbs to create a pumpkin effect, then roll the truffles in the crumbs.
- Place small chocolate chips on top of each truffle to resemble stems, if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the pumpkin pie spice according to your taste preferences. These truffles can be rolled in granulated sugar for extra sweetness.
