Ingredients
- Fresh cherry or grape tomatoes
- Fresh mozzarella salad pearls

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the fresh cherry or grape tomatoes and mozzarella salad pearls.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the tomato and mozzarella mixture, and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Add the chopped fresh basil, parsley, and dried oregano, and give it another light toss.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
For larger tomatoes, cut into bite-sized wedges and serve right away to prevent the dressing from becoming watery.
