Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and Greek yogurt.

  6. Fold in the vanilla extract and sprinkles, being careful not to overmix.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each liner about ¾ full.
