- 3 cups cold water
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar (optional

- Ice

- Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped watermelon and cold water, and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and adjust sweetness by adding sugar, if desired.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if using.

Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your preference; this drink can easily be made sugar-free by skipping the sugar altogether.
