- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tablespoons light brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 7 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- melted
- 1 package cream cheese
- softened (8 ounce)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container Cool Whip
- thawed
- divided (16 ounce)
- 2 cans apple pie filling (21 ounce each)
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half of the thawed Cool Whip.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Evenly distribute the apple pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
Notes
For added flavor, consider drizzling caramel sauce over the top just before serving.
