  • 2 Cups Buttermilk
  • 1 Cup Chopped Peaches

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the melted butter, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Fold in the chopped peaches gently into the batter.
  5. Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with syrup or additional peaches on top as desired.

Notes

For thicker pancakes, use 1 3/4 cups of flour instead of 2 cups. Ensure your buttermilk is fresh for best results.
