Ingredients

  • 2 packs OTOKI Cheddar & Mascarpone Cheesy Ramen
  • 2 chicken breasts butterflied
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter divided
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parsley optional

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the butterflied chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in the skillet until golden and cooked throughout, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside to rest. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  5. In a separate pot, cook the ramen according to the package instructions. Drain and add to the creamy sauce, mixing well.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and serve on top of the ramen, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For an extra kick, add crushed red pepper flakes or your favorite hot sauce.
