Description
Mango Float is a delightful no-bake dessert combining layers of ripe mangoes, creamy goodness, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

5 mangoes
ripe but not soft
4 cups heavy cream(960 mL)
or canned all-purpose cream
chilled overnight
1 can condensed milk
chilled overnight
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon kosher salt
21 graham crackers
plus more
crushed
for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Mix until well combined.
- Slice the mangoes into thin pieces.
- In a rectangular dish, layer crushed graham crackers, a portion of the cream mixture, and sliced mangoes.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cream on top.
- Sprinkle additional crushed graham crackers on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
For best results, ensure that the cream and condensed milk are well chilled prior to mixing. You can adjust sweetness by using more or less condensed milk.
