- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 6 T. unsalted butter
- melted
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- softened
- 1/2 c. confectioners’ sugar
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 T. granulated sugar
- 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ground cinnamon; mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture along with vanilla extract and granulated sugar.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust in the pan.
- Top the cream cheese layer with the blueberry pie filling, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before slicing and serving.
