  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix the peach pie filling with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a cruffin shape.
  6. Whisk together the egg and water to create an egg wash, then brush it over the tops of the cruffins.
