Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into squares.
- In a bowl, mix the peach pie filling with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a cruffin shape.
- Whisk together the egg and water to create an egg wash, then brush it over the tops of the cruffins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with powdered sugar or icing.
