Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a blender, combine the whole orange (cut into quarters), eggs, and yogurt until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the orange mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
